The will of ‘Abd al-Karim Sahib Dihdashti, the merchant from Shiraz and son of Muhammad Ibrahim Dihdashti the merchant. Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars.
